RP5 + XB 300 - Multi-Set incl. Multifunction Mandrel + System Case
The multifunction mandrel is specially designed for the XB 300, XB 500, and XB 500 T cable rolling systems. It allows for rolling loose cable bundles by attaching them to the stainless-steel centre mandrel and unfolding the four side brackets. The telescopic centre mandrel, with a diameter of 72 mm, is ideal for rolling thinner cable bundles with small inner diameters or individual wires. The standard height of the multifunction mandrel is 196 mm, extendable up to 294 mm via the telescopic mechanism, making it suitable for high cable bundles or corresponding tube bundles. When the four side brackets are unfolded, the total contact surface diameter is 430 mm, ideally matching the respective cable or tube bundle. A designated opening allows for combination with RUNPOSTICKS.
Optimal area of application:
- XB 300: Rolling of (damaged) drums up to 300 kg, as well as loose cable bundles or individual wires up to a maximum height of 294 mm and a maximum diameter of 430 mm.
- RP5: Suitable for pipe dimensions ranging from 16 mm to 40 mm.
